I had to wait a bit longer for my car than expected, approx 1 hour 15. I didn't mind too much as I wasn't pushed for time that day, but if it was a busy day that could have been different. Better to under promise and over deliver.

My service identified an oily patch on the rear diff, however the dealership wanted an addition £200 to 'investigate' without telling me if this would fix the issue, if there even was one. Also at 430pm nearly 5 hours into my appointment.

I left my car in for its first service. As I had advised JKC that I was time critical they fully updated me with timely calls. My car was ready on time and when I returned to collect I got a coffee. Also a vehicle check by video and on paper.

The least I could expect is for the car to be cleaned. It was not and I had to wait half an hour while they did that. I also wasn't told the correct amount that was being taken from my card and didn't see it until I was at home.

I do not like the service app. When I leave my car for service I expect the engineer to carry out what is required. In my opinion I don't think I should be telling the engineer that the car requires an oil change or an oil filter. Just my opinion.
