We had been given a quote for the work prior to booking in, but on day of collection, the invoice was c.£100 more ... they replayed the initial phone call, and confirmed that the invoice was overcharged, and thankfully altered it to original figure.

Needed an oil service, front drivers side brake backing plate, front passenger shock absorber also leaking. Part was not available. No vehicle substitute available. Wrong wheel packing plate ordered so car had to be kept overnight. No car for 24hrs.

I drive a B5 Alpina and took it JKC last November. After 8 months of incompetence from this dealer I finally have my car fixed. The service manager also informed me that after the part was eventually fitted never to bring my car into JKC ever again.

I had an orange engine warning light on the dashboard and was told it was probably an emissions sensor. My car is now about 6 months out of warranty but was told by JKC dealership that they would seek a goodwill gesture from BMW towards any work.

I was very vexed my car developed this problem however JKC have repaired the issue. Patrick collected my car from my home and delivered back which saved me travelling to the garage. This meant a lot .

Hit a kerb and damaged a front tyre, they had one in stock, fitted it , gave us a lift home whilst they did it. First class , although though the tyre was rather expensive.

Engine management light. Phone call later and remote diagnostics. Dodgy sensor. As BWM used car warranty expired 2 days later I was given an appointment with 1.5 hours of reporting the issue. Fantastic customer service

I drive past 3 other BMW dealers to go to JKC. I have had a few BMW cars in the past and the product is the same but the customer service at JKC cannot be faulted. They seem to genuinely care about after sales throughout the life of the car.
