I could book in online and then just drop the keys in at the kiosk on arrival. My car was seen to and repaired in a timely manner. The waiting area is pleasant & drinks were offered frequently. When work had been completed I was given an explanation.

My car was to have the source of low levels of coolant explored and repaired Also brakes on the four wheels were replaced. A total of£1800 paid. Two days later coolant level low again and returned to JKC. Car was with the maintenance team for 3days.

I am still experiencing squeaking and binding of the rear brakes, despite this fault supposedly being rectified. I'm afraid the car will have to be worked on again to alleviate the problem, as payment has already been made.

We are very happy with JKC but not happy with Enterprise car hire, they were to leave a car out early on Tuesday morning so I could go to work but it didn't arrive and I had to get a taxi, when a car did arrive it was electric and wouldn't charge so

Between 3 and 3.5 hours for oil and brake fluid service, as well as visual inspection. I was happy with this. Previously it had been a lot longer so I think in and around 3 hours is acceptable as I have to travel a fair bit.

Hassle free service and its great receiving the video feedback from the mechanic. Nothing is any trouble and any queries I have are answered promptly. My car was washed, hoovered and left in pristine condition for me - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had my car back as quickly as possible, my car came back cleaned and while I waited at the dealer to do some uni work, I was spoiled with the hospitality as always, cups of tea and biscuits were kept coming with amazing smiles.
