Kept informed from the moment I placed my order, to car being delivered. Also, the only time I have received a beautiful package of flowers from car retailers. The sales member I have dealt with on both occasions has been Rees, an amazing sales rep.

the car was to be delivered at 10.00. I rang and emailed Rees but he didn't respond until 11.00am. He then advised that he wouldn't be delivering the vehicle (as agreed) and that a driver would drop it to my office. The driver arrived at 1.15pm

Door issue was not fixed and initially I was being charged £1400 for a part in a car that is 3 1/2 years old and always been serviced by BMW. In fairness BMW agreed to pay half so this helped but still disappointed that part broke!
